New Zealand Music Video Month - 4 June - Chris Knox

 Chris Knox was in several bands including The Enemy, Toy Love and The Tall Dwarfs. He was and still is the master of DIY recording. He often recorded to 4-Track which was quickly established as his "garage" sound and often with mistakes during the recording process left intact for a real feel of this process.
  Knox is a true creationist, he seemed to always be doing something to fulfill his need to always be doing something, be it a columnist, cartoonist or musical artist. Sadly, in 2009 he suffered a Stroke, but I believe he has since recovered, although is now less prolific. I had the pleasure of meeting him a few times, and every time his infectious manic smile was contagious and would lighten up a room.
